Changes apply to every person at this branch.
Import Customer List
Upload a .csv file (export from Excel via File → Save As → CSV). The first row must be column headers. Recognized columns:
Company (required) · Branch · Name · Title · Email · Phone · Address · City · State · Zip · Account Manager · Tag
Each person with an email gets an auto-generated portal password. A Tag column (Fundraiser, Independent Garden Center, Landscaper, Misc. Wholesale) sets the company's tag.
Import / Bulk Update Orders
Upload a .csv (export from Excel via File → Save As → CSV). Recognized columns:
Order Ref · Company (required) · Branch · Client · Delivery Date · Delivery Location · Address · PO Number · Status · Shipping Fee · Notes · Genus · Series · Color · Size · Qty · Price
Put the same Order Ref on multiple rows to add several plants to one order. If an Order Ref matches an existing order's ID, that order is updated; otherwise a new order is created. Delivery Date sets Season/Year automatically.
Bulk Upload Plants
Upload a .csv (export from Excel via File → Save As → CSV). The first row must be column headers. Recognized columns:
Genus (required) · Series · Color · Size · Season · Category · UPC · SKU · Pot Level · Tag · Wholesale Price · Discountable · Supplier · Product Link · Bloom · Height · Sun · Spacing · Water · Characteristics · Location · Notes
A row that matches an existing plant by SKU (or by Genus + Series + Color + Size) updates it; otherwise a new plant is added. Only the columns you include change — photos and inventory batches are preserved.
Bulk Upload Plastics
Upload a .csv (export from Excel via File → Save As → CSV). The first row must be column headers. Recognized columns:
Name (required) · Customer Name · CMG Name · Pack Count · Plastic Vendor · Vendor ID · Color · Plastic 2
A row whose Name matches an existing plastic updates it; otherwise a new plastic is added. Only the columns you include change.

Update Inventory
Upload a .csv to set on-hand quantities and/or wholesale pricing. Recognized columns:
SKU or UPC (to match a plant) · Ready Week (Now, or 1–53) · Quantity · Wholesale Price (per item — sets the plant's Tropical pricing)
Each row sets the quantity for that plant's batch at the given ready week — replacing it if the batch exists, or adding the batch if it doesn't. If a Wholesale Price is included, it updates that plant's per-item price. A row can do either or both; leave a cell blank to skip it.

Admin Password
Change the password used for admin access. This takes effect on every device immediately.
Employee Accounts
Staff log in with their own username & password from the Staff Login screen. New employees start with access to only the Planning & Forecast page — set each person's pages and which planning column groups they can edit here.
Customer Catalog Visibility
Choose which seasons and ready weeks customers can see in the catalog. Uncheck a season to hide all of its plants; expand a season (▸ weeks) to hide individual ready weeks. Anything left checked stays visible.
Ready Week Calendar
Set the date Week 1 begins for each year. Every other ready week counts forward in 7-day steps (Wk 2 = 7 days later, etc.). Customers see a plain-language note plus the actual date next to each ready week in the catalog. Example: 2026 Week 1 begins Dec 28, 2025; 2027 Week 1 begins Jan 3, 2027.
Order-Change Notifications
When a customer updates an order, a “what changed” email goes to michaelb@catoctinmtngrowers.com automatically. Add any sales & accounting addresses below (one per line, or comma-separated) to also notify them.
